The huge product variety of the alterra series delivers the right heat pump in every case. Worldwide, the product range includes around 100 different heat pump types.

The installer has planning security with it - he finds the right heat pump for the house owner, no matter which object, application or investment budget it is. All systems deliver high flow temperatures, making them ideally suited for both hot water preparation and renovation applications. The combination with other heat generators and applications, e.g. solar thermal, photovoltaic or ventilation systems, is possible at any time.

The installer has the choice: he decides whether to offer a complete solution or whether to plan the system himself and increase his installation performance.

With COPs of up to 5,00, the alterra series is also convincing in terms of energy efficiency. Thanks to particularly high quality storage insulation, the WZS impresses with minimal downtime losses. alterra heat pumps provide an optimum room climate 365 days a year - heating, cooling and domestic hot water cannot be prepared more energy-efficiently.

The inner values of the alterra heat pumps are already convincing during transport and installation of the heat pumps. The module box with the integrated refrigeration circuit can be quickly removed for transport. Experienced installers need about five minutes to dismantle the box.

The box is transported via four carrying straps. In addition, all facade parts can be dismantled and are thus protected from damage during transport. Should the heat pump be brought into the building with the help of a load lift? No problem - all devices can also be lifted by crane.

The possibility of removing the module box from the front and the variable connection options of the heat pumps make niche installation or direct installation on the wall possible. Of course, the module box can simply be pulled out to the front and maintained separately during servicing.

The majority of alterra heat pumps are already pre assembled with many components - this saves time during installation - SWC(V), WZS(V). Intelligent cable management makes it easier to insert additional cables into the heat pump from the outside - even when installed in niches.

Luxtronik 2.1 – The heat pump is controlled by a Turn and Tip controller. Once you have stored your desired temperatures and settings in the controller, it automatically regulates the heat pump. The Luxtronik can be installed directly on the heat pump, but also at any desired place in your house.

Via the web server connection of your alpha innotec heat pump, it is possible to control all functions very simply from the computer. In order to be able to use this special function, no hardware or software other than a network cable is required. All Luxtronik 2.1 controllers from alpha innotec are compatible for the free web server connection - without any additional costs.

Due to the particularly high quality, sound optimised workmanship of the heat pumps and the double sound insulation created by the box-in-box system, particularly low sound emission values are achieved. For the installer, this offers an uncomplicated solution, even for sound critical requirements.

The new alterra series from alpha innotec now includes a series of inverter driven ground source heat pumps in order to be able to use the advantages of inverter technology in the field of geothermal heat pumps as well. These are ideal for changing requirements, deliver the required power reserves and are characterised by particularly high efficiency (annual coefficient of performance SCOP).

The inverter driven systems adapt the heat generation to the current heat demand of the building. During the transition period in particular, the requirements of the building are in some cases significantly lower than the heat pump's capacity.

The inverter driven heat pumps also have a very low starting current. Therefore, they can usually also be used in areas with restrictions on the part of the network operator.
