Funding by EnergyBonusBavaria

The 10,000 House subsidy Programme supports private builders and building owners who want to invest in sustainable buildings or replace an old heating system.

The subsidy consists of the two parts "EnergieSystemHaus" and "Heizungstausch". Owners can opt for one of the two parts of the programme and thus receive the "EnergyBonusBavaria". The bonus is granted in the form of a subsidy of between EUR 1,000 and EUR 18,000 and can be combined with other promotional programmes such as KfW and BAFA..
