The popular alpha heat pump app is now becoming the climate app. Now you can also adjust your ventilation easily and conveniently from everywhere or even have remote maintenance carried out on the heat pump. Next to the setting of different ventilation levels, an automatic mode in which intensive ventilation can be set is also new. In addition, the app provides detailed status information of the ventilation system, a timer and a weekly program.

All alpha innotec heat pumps display a 3-digit error code in the event of faults. For each code, the alpha Service app provides you with the corresponding solution suggestions and repair tips, often supported by short help videos and clarifying images.
